Right you are now planning your first gym visit in your head. You’ve walked into the gym, you’re asking yourself do I just hop up on the treadmill, or go straight to the weights? You’re thinking you are going to be surrounded by people doing various exercises, lifting the lightest weights to the heaviest weights. You’re thinking to yourself I will not be able to that.
